Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Saturday to Saturday rental, one week minimum.
A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking the Summer rental. The $500 then converts into a damage deposit. The damage deposit is fully refundable within ten days after leaving the house, after housekeeper inspects the house. Cancellation within the 8 week period preceding the scheduled rental will result in forfeit of monies paid to date, unless the week can be re-rented. All efforts will be made to find a new renter. If a renter is found, all monies paid to date, minus security deposit, will be refunded.
Academic Year - 2006/07 - $2000 per month util (9 month lease)
"We loved our time there too. The house is very sweet. All of the rooms have their own personality and are very comfortable. It has everything you need right there (i.e., beach chairs, salt and pepper, coffee maker). We have infants and rented baby equipment while we were there (the owners are great about referrals). It was perfect for two families. We loved the outdoor deck and yard. We were able to eat outdoors most nights, drink some wine, and chill after the babies were asleep. It is also a very short, easy walk to the water. It is on a quiet street too -- almost felt like home (and we really wanted to stay for the rest of the Summer)."
