Rates are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests $15/person/night (6 adults max)

$125 cleaning fee

15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights

$300 fully refundable damage/security deposit holds dates w/ balance due 30 days before stay

4pm check-in, 11am check-out (early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with Picture Properties)

Guests are welcome to leave luggage with the front desk, provided they have space

Garage parking in building available for $35/nt (every 5th night free)

"This was an excellent property for our group. We had three adults and two teenagers, and the unit was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see downtown (Space Needle, Pioneer Square, Westlake Center, Pike Place Market, Harbor Tour, etc) easily. Great downtown location."
