$15/person/night beyond 4 guests

$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

$125 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am.

Discounted garage parking is $26/nt + tax (for 1 car). Additional cars can park in the garage and pay the garage directly, please inquire.

"The facility was very nice. The apartment was very nice. The only down side were the people at the desk in the Metropolitan tower, the evening crew was pleasant but not so much during the day. They often seemed clueless about the rental or typical protocol. My suggestion would be to have more 'rental friendly' people working the desk."
