4pm check-in, 11am check-out. Early check-in or late check-out sometimes possible. If not, then leaving luggage at front desk is OK, provided they have space.

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends

$300 refundable deposit holds dates w/ balance due 30 days before stay

$95 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights

Garage parking in building is $26/nt + tax, subject to availability (every 5th night parking is free)
