"In writing this review, I'm trying really hard to separate my feelings about the apartment from the horrible heat wave that we experienced while in Seattle during the first week of August. So, the apartment itself was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We love the view and the location was great. We own historic (adobe) vacation rentals in Santa Fe and are faced with a couple of months of hot weather during the day. We have portable air conditioners which work quite well. The fans in the apartment were relatively ineffective during this very hot weather. The most uncomfortable time of day for us was at night when it's stayed hot inside the apartment. But, we also understand that the weather was pretty much unprecedented and it was just our bad luck to be there during that week. The only other comment I have is that it would have been nice to have some luggage racks, rather than having to put your suitcase on the floor or on a piece of furniture. We would definitely encourage you to rent this apartment during your stay in Seattle."
