"Never a disappointment I have stayed at Luna Encantada in the past and I will definitely return again and again. We stayed in H1 this time as it was two couples and we wanted the two king beds. Great staff, great location, great owner communication. Anna took great care of us and got all our housekeeping needs taken care of Abdias took care of everything and more for us on the beach (what an incredible staff there, I can not say enough about how they all go above and beyond). The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Thank you Steve for opening up your condo to us. Can't wait to get back to Playa del Carmen. "
