Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Sept/Oct 2004 We loved the Rockport House and the nice walks around town. Our son caught at least 8 sea bass on the dock. He cooked the first 2 and they were delicious. He released six. We loved having the train to Boston so close and it's a plus being the last stop so we could sleep all the way back. Thanks for everything Tim Jeanne and Jim Riley and family/friends"
