Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment

Ever since you “saved” us 3 years ago, we treasure our time here and your incredible hospitality and continued friendship! This trip we were fortunate to return to Boston and went whale watching. What a rush! They performed for us—even the boat guides were amazed at their activity. We captured great footage on film! The area again is beautiful: the view spectacular and the town charming. It’s so nice to return somewhere again (and most definitely again) and find all the great things loved about a place, like time stands still—we are never disappointed coming here.
