Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Easter '06 Wonderful, wonderful time spent at Gull Cove--terrific house accommodating our family of 7, ages 8 months to almost 60! Weather was a display of God's glory, changing almost hourly. Your house was so easy to live in & enjoy with wonderful common spaces yet plenty of room to be alone. Thank you--we really enjoyed our time here--many great memories!"
