Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Boston Marathon weekend/week with our friends from Idaho & Arizona! For all of us it was the first time in MA…First the house was a pleasant surprise of comforts, books, & views. The walk to town and the beach was perfect! The recommendation of the Windward Grill (Essex, MA) was excellent! We took many day trips via train to Boston and lazy drives to Salem and Gloucester.
