A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"Our family of five spent a week in the house in Hollywood, visiting family, shopping, and sight seeing around Los Angeles. The house could not have been more conveniently located, right next to a freeway exit and close to the action in Hollywood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen facilities were good, the living room was large enough to accomodate everyone, and the washing machine and dryer allowed us to keep our clothes under control.And the house is close to public transportation. I heartily recommend the house for its convenience and comfort."
