A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We had a great stay at Stephanie's house. I am from Los Angeles originally and chose this house because of the central location. 7 mins from Universal, 25 mins to the beach, close to downtown, Hollywood/Highland, etc. It's also in a walkable area and we enjoyed walking to the supermarket and there are several restaurants 3 blocks away. House itself is very cute and comfortable. For being in the middle of Hollywood, it felt very safe and very private. The parking was also a huge plus. House is small, but laid out in a way where it feels spacious. I traveled with my husband and 4 children and we were not on top of each other at all. The second story loft is perfect for younger ones - two twin beds and even some books and toys to keep them busy. We would definitely stay here again!"
