A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"Great stay at the property in Hollywood! The house is located within walking distance of Thai Town, and we were able to enjoy the best Thai food outside of Thailand during our stay! The location is central to almost anywhere in LA, and the views from the balcony on the second floor are great! I would definitely recommend this place!"
