Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"Where should I start??? We rented this place 2 months ago and all the conversations with Steph was pretty good. The problem was once we arrived to the house ... It seemed like this place had never been cleaned! I got pictures if Someone would like to see them. The same pictures I sent to steph the same night we arrived and the only response I got from her and her staff was ....sorry we will revise this in the future. Ok!!but meanwhile we had to stay a whole week in this disgusting place???!! Where everything was dirty!!??? The fridge??? The towels ?? There was dust everywhere.... The owner never even gave us a choice to send someone else to clean or at least give us a discount for all the awful moment we went trough while we were in the house . Because that was not the only problem we had , the laundry machine was broken and the only answer we received from the owner was .. Take your clothes to the laundry place!! Really? Is that the answer you give to your client? Maybe yes when you already paid for everything and they have nothing to loose! They know we will never comeback to this place! But maybe you are planning to go so I'm letting you know that if you like clean, stay away from this place! And Steph I'm sure this time I will hear from you since you didn't dare to answer my previous e-mails. I got proves that I sent you 3 e-mails while we were staying in your place but you never answered any of them ...and please confirm that You will pay me back the deposit !! We need your response asap!!!!"
