Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.

I enjoyed be close to everything I wanted - Warner Brothers and Griffith Park. Even for a big traffic area it was easy to get around to everything. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home away from home."
