As you'll see from the photographs, our eclectic style is both welcoming and worthy of a longer stay. You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in. We are located in Hollywood at the edge of Los Feliz, in the popular neighborhood called Franklin Village. Griffith Park, with over 4,000 acres of trails and activities, is only a few blocks away. Whether you're in town for relaxation, business, filming at one of the studios, shopping, or sightseeing -- you can get there from here. We are close to bus lines, the subway stop, and we have off-street parking. If you bring more than one vehicle, there is ample street parking. The house is less than 5 minutes from the 101 freeway, and less than 10 minutes from the 5 freeway. Universal Studios is just 10 minutes up the road, as is the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The house itself has three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. The master bedroom (with queen bed) and bathroom are on one end of the house and the other two bedrooms (one queen bed, one full bed) and 2nd bath are at the other end. The loft is accessed by stairs/ladder and in addition to the loft space (with two twin beds) has a half bath and a rooftop deck.
