Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Our stay this time was from Oct 19 to Nov 16, 2017. It is nicely furnished and is a pleasant place to stay. The beach amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, towels) were in good condition which is sometimes not the case as they do wear out. We have stayed at other units where these items were not usable and purchased our own only to leave them behind. Arrangements were easy to make with Tim (owner) and he is quick to get back to us when we had questions. Although we were early for whale watching we did see a couple of sightings. We like the location of this complex as we could walk down to the Shops at Wailea and also walk up to the Monkeypod restaurant!! It is also a short drive to some very nice beaches. Ron and Ann"
