Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "The property was beautifully maintained- Our condo unit 607 Ekolu Village was very welcoming - Tim and Caroline thought of every small detail to make our stay an incredible one - the view from our lanai was simply amazing - we found the property beautifully secluded - and the condo itself was spacious, spotless and felt like being home - would highly recommend a stay here - look forward to our next visit"
