Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "My girlfriend and I visited Maui, her first time and my second, to get away from the Northeast cold. Upon arriving at the condo I knew I booked one of the best places in Wailea. The sunset view off the private deck was like a postcard while the amenities provided all one could ask for with the full comforts of home. We made it our home for 8 days and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect with access to the beach, shops, amazing restaurants, and short drives to all the great areas of Maui. We'll be going back to Maui again someday and there is no question on where we'll be staying!"
