Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "We enjoyed our stay during our July vacation in Maui. The condo had a nice layout and was well-maintained. Our 17 year old (picky) son found the new sofa bed comfortable which does not happen too often and we found the master bedroom bed comfortable as well. The location was fantastic. Easy to get to beaches on foot or get to anywhere else you want to go by car. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and resorts. Our only complaint was the noisy antiquated air conditioners that were not the best at doing their job, but it sounded like those were getting replaced. Tim and Carolyn were wonderful hosts and responsive to any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to rent their condo again."
