Cancellations & Policies:
Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "Hi, we spent eight awesome days in Maui and had a really great time there. The Condo is very good equipped, I did not miss anything there, all furnishings are in very good condition. What I appreciated a lot was a great big comfortable bed…As we spent all the time during days outside the condo, playing golf, diving etc., it was nice to come back in the evening and felt like at home. There is only one disadvantage I found – this place is just so…so far away from our home. "
