Complex of cave houses in Huéscar (Granada) in a privilege area with a lot of views. E.g. natural places of great beauty. An unique place in the world, where you may live or go for vacations.
To the north of the county of Granada there are three districts Baza, Guadix, and Huéscar; famous for their archaeological discoveries: the Lady of Baza Iberian statue, the concentration of dolmens of the Megalithic Park of Gorafe, and the paleolithic vestiges of the Man of Orce. 4 natural parks flank them (Sierra of Castril, Sierra of Baza, Sierra of María, and Sierra Huétor), and 2 national parks: Sierra of Cazorla and Sierra Nevada. There, the conjunction of the nature and the man offers us one of the most interesting singularities in Granada: The Cave Houses.
Created by their ancestral residents, they offer us the comfort and the still of their interior, as well as the history, the custom and the beautiful landscapes of the towns that surround them. Being the older bioclimatic place of the world, they maintain a constant temperature along the year. The visitor is always surprised by this rich underground world, the experience of inhabiting them is something truly unique. Today, admirably restored, they represent one of the most peculiar alternatives in the rural tourism: the trogloturismo.
