Nestled in the pretty hills of Galera, Cueva Paz takes advantage of environmentally friendly accommodation, that is naturally warm in winter and cool in summer.The cave house has been fully renovated and furnished in 2005 and redecorated in 2007.This is an ideal location for enjoying the "real" rural Spain, with touring, hiking, quad biking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and skiing close by.

Cueva Paz (which is Peace in Spanish) is a well equipped cave house with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and cave houses of Galera. It has two bedroom, (one single and one with a double bed). A bathroom and open plan kitchen lounge area. Outside, there is a large patio area with pergola and built-in BBQ, offering superb views of the valley and mount Sagra. The village of Galera has 2 local supermarkets, bakeries, a chemist, doctor's surgery, about 5 or 6 bars and restaurants. It also has market day every Wednesday morning where you can buy all your fresh produce.In under 1.5 hours, you can be swimming in the Med in Almeria or exploring the incredible Alhambra Palace in Granada or skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Activities include hiking, biking, horse riding, fishing, quad biking, cycling, and of course, swimming.

No beach towels provided. A welcome pack is provided. Wood for fire on request for a small charge. For the winter months an electric radiator is also available.
