It IS one of the NEWEST, nicest condos in Gulf Shores and is a quality project!! The complex is located on the beach just one mile west of the center of attractions in the heart of Gulf Shores. This part of Gulf Shores is much less congested than East Beach and Orange Beach and very relaxing! Our non-smoking, no pet unit is on the ninth floor and affords spectacular views from its wide balcony, of the Alabama Gulf Coast, with all of its natural beauty, boating and beach activities. The unit is decorated in a colorful Cape Cod theme and includes many great framed scenic photographs taken by us on our recent trip to Cape Cod and Boston. The living room features an entrance leading to the spacious furnished balcony, a comfy sleeper sofa, loveseat and TV, XBOX with lots of games, and a DVD player complete with movies for the kids, both little and big.
