50% deposit due at booking to confirm reservation. Remainder due 2 weeks before arrival.
Fully refundable damage / cleaning deposit of $200 dollars if all things are still intact and clean. Linen and towels will be laundered by proprietor.
Cancellation policy is 100% refunded if cancellation is two weeks or more before arrival date. Within two week time frame of arrival date funds are refunded only if home is re-rented by another party.
