This beautiful house is located in the historical area of Setubal. Very light, spacious, comfortable, charming and quiet in a safe area both day and night. Recently renovated. Fully furnished with quality and comfort and very well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms, both of them with TV.
Big Window in the Living Room welcome the Setubal sun, comfortable seating for 6 people, Cable TV, Cd-Player and Radio. The kitchen is functional, light and fully equipped. There is one clean and renovated bathroom.
Outside there is a nice terrace with table and garden chairs and a barbecue where you can enjoy a nice meal and the Setubal sun!

We also organise a car tour to the Arrabida Hills, The Arrabida landscape is unique! In Setubal you can cycling, fishing, golf, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking etc. Setubal museums are: Labour museum; Archeology and Ethnography museum; Setubal City Museum.
The Bocage Square is only 10 minutes walking from the house, and here you can find the best shop area in the city with very good prices! Bonfim Park is ideal to spend some time relaxing with nature or playing with the children!
