This is a newly built and very beautiful villa. A very luxurious villa, like all our other villas. Enjoy the breath taking, unrivaled mountain views from almost every room in the villa.
Unlike most other villas on the Island, this villa has been built in the Western style (straight, solid walls!), with all modern facilities. We have spared nothing to bring you the ultimate in vacation Villas. There are many houses and condos in Margarita Island, but our villa is a cut above the rest. It is a home from home. Every detail has been provided for with loving care.

The villa is very large, light, spacious and air conditioned for your comfort. The Mountain and panoramic ocean views are breathtaking, from nearly all the rooms. Two of the master bedrooms have their own balcony, where you can chill with a drink of an evening, taking in the amazing views, feeling the gentle caresses of the cool, fresh mountain air.

LIVING ROOM
This quiet and comfortable lounge with fantastic views of the mountain and panoramic ocean view. The stylish Colombian furnishing create an atmosphere of by gone luxury and are comfortable. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing with the family or to enjoy DVD on the large Screen TV with Cable connection, which channels in Spanish and English.
KITCHEN and DINING AREA
The informal breakfast bar can seat four while the beautiful round dining table can seat eight. The kitchen looks on to the front garden and is equipped with all the modern essentials including brand new cooker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, utensils, and phone.
MASTER SUITE
The impressive king size bed is the centre piece of this luxurious room which overlooks the Mountains. There is a 30 TV with cable connection, and DVD player. The spacious En-suite bathroom has his and hers vanity units, walk in shower and bidet, WC There is a walk in Dressing Room and the safe is also located in this room.
There is also a Hammock in this room, should you wish to relax on it.
MASTER BEDROOM 3
With a queen bed , cable connection , 20 inch TV, DVD player . A hammock is present in this room also, for your relaxation.
CHILDREN'S ROOM
Has two bunk beds in this cheerful room with its own built in cupboards. Again the Colombian furnishings bring a unique luxurious feel to this room.
FAMILY BATHROOM
Contains spacious, vanity unit, walk in shower WC and bidet.
LAUNDRY AREA
In the open room next to the kitchen, a washer, dryer and ironing facilities are available.
GAMES AREA
To the side of the Living room is the Games area, where there a large table tennis table.
FIRST FLOOR:
MASTER BEDROOM 2
It is up the beautiful and impressive stair case, that this lovely room is located. It overlooks the mountain views, and it has its on en-suite toilet with walk in shower. It also has its own balcony where it is possible to chill.
LOWER FLOOR
SINGLE ROOM
This room has a single bed and the computer. This also has its own bathroom in close proximity
PATIO
There is a large patio on the lower ground floor level, next to the single room where we have loungers, easy chairs and hammock to relax or catch the sun in the large yard, in complete privacy.
LARGE YARD
The whole of the villa is surrounded by a 7 foot wall, with electric fencing on the top. It is very secure and has alarm system that is connected to monitoring service.
There is a large built in BBQ with picnic tables and chairs for the perfect BBQ party. The garden also has many tropical plants like Mango, pomegranate etc.
