"-Floors very slipper during rainy season inside and outside -Didn’t need to contact Marianella so not sure how to rate her properly -Check in/out process was strange due to no one being there during either -Didn’t know how to leave a tip because a cleaning lady was there Saturday and our stay wasn’t over until Monday, but we weren’t sure if that was Kimberly because we weren’t introduced -Overall House was cleaned very well and maintained nicely. Everyone enjoyed their time despite rain and bugs!"
