Brand new in March 2006 and decorated with a Caribbean 'Tommy Bahama' look, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo.
The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat and chairs along with a stylish armoire including a 32” television with surround sound - all this with a gorgeous southeasterly view from the sliding glass doors and direct access to the balcony.
MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features garden tub and separate shower as well as dual sinks and a separate water closet. The dark wood woven bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and beachy artwork. Armoire holds a 27” TV with DVD. Sliding glass doors open right out to the balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves! Oversized closet will comfortably hold all your personal items.
SECOND BEDROOM has queen sized bed and private bath. Lovely light colored furnishings and artwork welcome you to lie back and relax. Look out the large windows to the beach below or unwind while enjoying television or a movie on the DVD player.
THIRD BEDROOM has twin beds with fun artwork and direct bathroom access. TV with DVD is also featured. These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA allow the unit to sleep 8.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful black granite counter tops with attractive white cabinets and appliances. Elegant glass-topped DINING table seats four (4) with seating for four (4) more at the high-top granite bar. From the kitchen, dining room and living room look across the beautiful pool area out to the panhandle's sugar white sands and emerald blue waters.
This is an end unit facing South over the beach. The oversized balcony features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and master bedroom. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.
The two large pools with tropical landscaping are at lobby level (one heated year round) and your view looks out over the beach and gulf waters. Additionally, a large gulf-front meeting room including kitchen is available for business meetings, family gatherings, or weddings. If you feel like eating close to your condo we have had terrific feedback about Calypso Café directly across the street. The parking deck connects by climate-controlled bridge to high speed elevators.
The PIER PARK CONCERT SERIES runs every Thursday from 7PM-9PM, May 31 - Aug. 30, 2007 at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Performances range from reggae and county to rock and blues. So bring a blanket and cozy up with family and friends. You'll enjoy cool ocean breezes at these live, weekly jam-fests all summer long.
Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be verified upon check-in.
Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments.
