The first guest room offers a Queen sized bedroom with four poster bed and private bathroom, the second guest offers a queen sized euro styled bedroom with private bathroom, the third guest features a cottage style bedroom with elegant netting and private bathroom, and the last guest room also with a queen sized bed offers you a sleigh bed with private bathroom. Each room has high quality sheets, pillows, and accessories to complete the wonderful beach house feeling.
The main living area of the home centers around the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, oversized center cooking island, large pantry and separate breakfast nook with seating for 8-10 guests. A family room offers comfortable seating for entertaining and watching television on the large screen. A formal dining room with seating for 10 sits perfectly offering beautiful views of the pool and lagoon. A separate formal living room offers a private and elegant area to entertain more formally.
The entire second floor is a master suite with beautiful canopy bed. A separate sitting room for relaxing or reading a book opens onto a balcony with beautiful ocean views. The master bathroom is large and luxurious with a separate shower and soaking tub.
