On the sand, walk on the private side of Thousand Steps Beach past all the multi-million dollar homes in your neighborhood as you watch for whales and enjoy the fresh air. Return home to relax and enjoy the ocean views from the deck on any level of our home, or enjoy a day on the beach using any of chairs and umbrellas and beach toys that are available on the beach to our guests. No matter how you decide to spend your day, make sure you are home for sunset. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic sunsets every day of the year.
Purchased just recently, this home has been outfitted with luxury furnishings from the acclaimed Bassman - Blaine Inc. interior design firm. Enter on the top level to the sitting area with working fireplace and air conditioned master bedroom suite. There is a deck on this level to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views, although you can see the ocean from almost anywhere in the house.
Descend the spiral staircase to the main level with gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room and the second bedroom. The second bedroom serves as both a bedroom and a place to relax. This room contains a twin over full size bunk bed with twin size trundle as well as a luxurious American Leather Comfort Sleeper - the most comfortable sofa sleeper on the market today. Children of all ages will love this room with its TV and Xbox console. We provide two controllers and some of the latest games.
The main level deck is the perfect place to enjoy whale watching, sunsets, star gazing, or the crashing of the waves. This deck is complete with a sectional sofa, dining table and BBQ center.
The lower level contains another ocean view bedroom suite with a queen size bed, smart TV , ensuite bathroom and sitting area. This room is the closest to the beach.
The home has a private two car garage and driveway parking for 3 additional cars.
There are few homes in Laguna that have private beach access, ocean views, and the ability to see the sunset all year long. If you are looking for a luxury beach house, this is truly a unique property.
