The views are available from the 2/3 bedrooms, Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen, The single person futon is from Ikea: Grankulla Futons with high end mattresses with Ikea crushed velvet coverings. The Grankulla futon is a lounge chair by day that folds flat at night for sleeping. It can be placed anywhere. It is very comfortable. There is also a day bed in the dining room the size of a twin that is perfect for napping, reading a book with an ocean view or sleeping. Relax on the deck in the back yard surrounded by nature at it's finest. You will see little bunnies running around in the yard and a pair of Red Tailed Hawks soaring above. This house is on one of two parcels which gives you plenty of areas to enjoy. Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms..... * We rent this home only once per month so prefer a 5 to 7 day minimum stay. * Non-refundable cleaning fees are quoted separately from rent depending on number of guests $200 to $225 including infants and children. * Stays of 30 days or more require mid-stay cleanings every two weeks that you will be responsible for scheduling with our Vacation House Concierge assigned to the rental and paying cleaners for directly at the time each cleaning is performed at the rate of $25/hour. This is over and above the cleaning fee itemized in your contract. * Credit Card number must be on file for security against any damages should damage be due to abuse or neglect and are not accidental in nature. Guest would be responsible for any uncovered damages. * Pet Fees: $100 each large dog (1 dog ); $50 1 small dogs; if arranged after acceptance of contract, contract must be amended to adjust price. * Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 90 days or less before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund only if we can re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate less the $150 administration fee and any bank or PayPal fees incurred by the owner.
