Reservations confirmed upon receipt of signed reservation form and deposit. Five hundred euro deposit holds dates, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Credit card required in lieu of 500 euro cash damage deposit. Payment accepted via major credit card, bank wire transfer or personal checks (US residents only).

"Each year after a London business trip my colleagues and I travel to a new country to experience the culture and learn more about the people of that region. There is no better way than to stay in an apartment in a residential section of the city! Staying in one of Carole’s apartments in Athens is second to none! While the apartment itself was outstanding with all the comforts of home (especially the plush bath towels… much better than a 5-star hotel) what separated Carole’s apartment from all the rest I’ve rented was, well, Carole. The 40+ page PDF detailing the ins and outs of Athens is just a starter. Carole makes herself available to you for what feels like 24x7! The insights into the off-the-beaten-track spots to eat were top shelf. It was the best, most authentic Greek meals served by the nicest locals. Oh, and when I could not figure out how to activate the heat properly Basil took great care of me from Chicago (Carole happened to be in Athens while I was there… unfortunately we never had a chance to meet in person. Next time.) In a word, this experience was perfect! Thank you, Carole & Basil!"
